Our stay at the Plaza Hotel and Casino was top-notch! The cleanliness of everything really stood out, and having so many entertainment options right at our doorstep was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we loved the value for our money. However, the rooms could use a bit of updating to fully match the quality of service and experience offered.
